Today for literacy medals we had to do a quiz and write three things that I learned.

1. What the reappearance or Matariki in mid-winter mark which is the Maori new year.

2. What is Matariki witch is a star cluster.

3. How is Matariki celebrated witch is eating, entertainment

Bear: I’m gonna kill u allllllllllllllllllllllll!!!!!!!

Villagers: Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

Dogs: Woof woof woof woof woof woof woof woof woof woof/ (We will chase you and make sure you don’t kill anyone!!!!!!)

Bear: Yea right, i'm scary

Villagersea: Ahhhhhh (runs away screaming)

Dogs 1: Rahhhhhhhh we will get u

Dogs 1,2,3 : CHASE HIM MMMMM

Bear:Agggghhhhhhhhhh

Dogs 1, 2, 3: We will chase you till you finally give in but we will do it in style and go in slow motion

Bear:I’ll never give up

Dog 2:Well then we will chase you forever and ever and ever

Narrator: And they were never to be seen again… Well we can see them every new year and it gives us good luck but anyway thanks for watching this amazing play

This week I did a play for the great bear play.

literacty medals

 Today for literacy medals I had to draw my own creature to do with ecosystems and I did an eel and snake together which is sneel. What I liked about this activity was creating my own creature.

math medals

Today for maths I had to find the factors that the teachers gave me. What I had to do was look at each number and work out what the factors were by seeing what numbers would multiply to make to the given number. What I liked about this activity was using my time tables to find out the answers.

Today for literacy medals I had to read a story and then I had to answer some questions about the story and then draw a photo of a possum with two trees. What I liked about this activity was drawing the possum.

math medals

Today for maths I had to multiply a square number. I did it by looking at what the number was and if it had a 2 on the right side of it meant that I had to multiply it by the first number. I liked about doing this activity was once I got the hang of it it was easy.

Once upon a time there was a dinosaur that was in the forest and there was a big river and he couldn't get past the big river.  So he sang a song can't go under it can't go around  it we’ll have to go through it but the river was too strong. So he went to find something to get over so he got a log but it got swept away. So he swam down the river to get it but the river was too quick so he gave up. And started to head back to his campsite and since the river had two ways he had no idea where to go. So he went left and he got swept right to the end of the river because he jumped in but his campsite was around the middle somewhere. But he had to cross the river and he no’s that he couldn't cross the river then and now it is high tide and it had already gone up one meter so he had to camp for two whole days so head off to build a hut for 2 whole days. After two whole days the river had still not gone down so he was pretty sure the log was long gone after a couple days.So now he was wondering if he should go through the river but it could risk his life but if he didn't he would die by starvation but he still went for it. But sadly he drowned.
